computer specialist. He is pretty naïve & also has a strong sense of justice

unfortunate circumstances. He uses a small crossbow as his primary weapon.

He is the head of Weiß. Appears to
them only as a shadowy figure on the television screen. He is the one who
dispenses the missions that Weiss work on, with the majority of them
targeting the illegal activities of Reiji Takatori and his associates. Later
revealed as Mamoru Takatori, Reiji’s brother. |
